Our company pioneered the integrated "hot rolling - hot charging - hot annealing - online finishing - online surface treatment" process (referred to as the "three-in-one hot rolling" model), successfully rolling high-quality stainless steel medium and thick plate, marking a significant breakthrough in high-end plate manufacturing. The project uses stainless steel billets as raw material, and its core equipment is a leading domestic 3500mm stainless steel Steckel mill, boasting a maximum rolling force of 90,000 kN and a maximum rolling speed of 8.0 m/s. With a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan, the project has an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of 3500mm stainless steel medium and thick plate. From construction start to hot-load test run, the project took only 16 months, demonstrating remarkable construction efficiency. Upon full production, the annual output value is expected to exceed 12 billion yuan, creating approximately 800 new jobs, and significantly promoting the upgrading of the company's product mix and regional industrial development.
