Recently, our company's logistics company used a large railway ballast cleaning machine and a large tamping machine to carry out cleaning and tamping operations on special railway lines. The Northern Ring Line was built in the 1960s and has an annual transportation volume of more than 20 million tons. In 2022, our company will apply seamless line technology to transform the Northern Ring Line and replace the rails of the 5.18-kilometer-long line with seamless rails. After the implementation of the project, problems such as rail joint wear and curve diseases were effectively solved, and the workload of railway maintenance was reduced by more than 50%, saving more than 500,000 yuan in annual costs.
