The system dynamically displays real-time changes in the six aspects of steel raw materials, alloys, fluxes, refractory materials, auxiliary materials and energy media, including storage, shipment and process consumption. Through data management, it forms traceability of indicators and traceability of quality. In March, our company's steel material consumption was reduced by 0.2kg/t compared with the plan, the pass rate of steel billets was increased by 0.04%/t, and the total iron in slag was reduced by 0.36%/t, creating a comprehensive benefit of 4.04 million yuan.
